We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hot water was always available, making our showers enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the warm blankets provided enhanced comfort. The staff went above and beyond by offering to do our laundry and having it neatly folded in our room.

Nothing everything was great.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the view from my window was amazing. the cleaning staff was helpful and did our laundry in a short period of time while we were out exploring the city. Another plus was that the hotel was located near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to find somewhere to eat or stock up on supplies.

The hotel was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I constantly heard people talking loudly in the hallways and in the rooms next to me, which was frustrating.
